Hi Devorah, once again, thank you so much for getting those machzorim to us, they were a big, big hit.
However -- this makes three years in a row; three different continents --
Iraq, Savannah & Korea -- where my DLA lulav/esrog doesn't show up until it's too late.
That makes three years in a row that -- on a nervous hunch - I've asked the
Aleph Institute to send a set as a backup. And this is three years in a row that I'll be using the Aleph set -- that was free and arrived almost a week ago -- and not the DLA/Ari's sets, which cost the Army $100 (for 2).
I checked my mail at the unit today -- and it wasn't there. Tomorrow is Chusok, the big Korean holiday, where everything will be shuttered, then Shabbos, then Sunday (no mail) -- so I guess if we're lucky, I'll find it in
Monday afternoon's mail...
